Thank You, Worship Leaders

What is a worship leader?  Here's what I have experienced...

You are a leader- you lead your team in music and in the Word- as you prepare them to lead a bigger flock into the presence of God through music.  You are a teacher- you teach parts and rhythms and so much more.  You are a pastor and a mentor.  You are a friend. 

Whatever your official title or position, this is what I have seen.  I know that it is all for His glory and there are so many who are appreciative of you!
