Six Worship Songs You Need To Pay Attention To This Week (October 30)

Posted on October 30, 2017

This is one of those rare YouTube sensations, where a song takes off before it even gets to the studio.  Bethel is preparing for a major launch of a brand new worship leading artist in January, and this song is already blazing a trail of impact.  It went number one in PraiseCharts the first day we released it. Enough said! We have all the products, from chord charts to lead sheets, choir sheets and full orchestration - plus a full suite of multi tracks.

By far the most well loved song from Matt Redman's latest album, Glory Song.  This is a tremendous song of hope, with a beautiful setting of "When We All Get To Heaven" in the chorus.  If you are looking for a song to span the generations, this is it!

We have several strong new Christmas songs this season, but this one from Casting Crowns is leading the pack. So far, we just have the chord chart, but a full orchestration is in the priority queue, and will be ready this week.

Another great song from Matt Maher's latest album. Is it surprising that songs that rise to the top are those that bear resemblance to old hymns. This song, while fully originally, bears a nod to Great Is Thy Faithfulness.  Beautiful and timeless!

This song is not hot off the press any longer, but it is proving to have staying power, perhaps due to the volatile climate in our nation and world, both politically and geologically. If there is one thing that people long for, it is peace. Lauren gives voice to the cry of our hearts.

Christmas Eve would never be the same without O Holy Night, but if you are going to sing it every year, it's night to find a way to keep it fresh. Already, many churches are taking notice of Hillsong's new version as they get ready for Christmas Eve, 2017.  Other songs from this album worth noting are "Joy To The World" and "Silent Night (with Savior King)"
