I'm not a big fan of labels or big titles, but I guess if you asked my colleagues (or my business card), they might say I'm a Recruiter, Career Strategist, Talent Acquisition Specialist...something like that. At the end of the day, I hope I am (and you are too) much more than just a title. When you get right down to it - I'm a husband, father of four ridiculously-awesome kids, an entrepreneur, songwriter, guitar player (I can go on but I won't)...who just happens to be in the Search and Recruitment business with a concentration in the Chicago Insurance market.

I'm a firm believer in keeping it real, and "do unto to others as you would have them do unto you"...not living it out perfectly, but always striving to. And so I'm passionate about coming along side of people (and companies) and helping them gain exposure to opportunities that can make them better. I'm committed to executing every time on the promise to provide unparalleled, one-to-one service to my clients. I'm probably the exact opposite of what you'd think, or what you've experienced a "recruiter" to be. It's not about making placements or getting a commission for me. It's about doing what's best for you, putting your interests before my own...first because it's the right thing to do, and second because it's just makes good business sense.
