As the Senior Pastor of Gas Street Church in Birmingham, Tim leads a thriving community passionate about creativity, evangelism, and the presence of God. Tim’s church ministry sees him lead in the local and global church. He and his wife Rachel also host a podcast ‘At Home with the Hughes’ where as thought leaders, worshippers, parents and church leaders they share in wisdom. Before founding Gas Street Church, Tim played a key role as the founder and visionary behind Worship Central, a movement and training hub that has equipped thousands of worship leaders and musicians around the world.
