Introducing PraiseCharts Teams
Worship is a team effort, but a PraiseCharts account used to belong to one person with one library. To share a library, a team had to share a login. A musician who served at two churches needed two accounts. PraiseCharts Teams separates the person from the library. Your account belongs to you, and each library belongs to a workspace.
Workspaces
A workspace contains a library and its purchases. Charts bought in a workspace belong to that workspace, so the library stays with the church when its team changes.
Personal or shared
A workspace can belong to you alone or to a single church campus. Create one for yourself, create one for your team, or join one you're invited to.
3 users included
Every workspace includes 3 users. You'll be able to add more in a future update.
Permissions per user
Workspace admins set each user's access. Everyone gets the access their role needs and nothing more.
One account, many workspaces
One login can access any number of workspaces, so you can move between your church's library, a second campus and one of your own without signing out.
Sign in without a password
PraiseCharts has replaced passwords with one-time codes, a more secure way to sign in that many modern apps now use. We send the code to your email or phone, and it works once and expires after 15 minutes. You can also sign in with Google or Facebook.
