About
John Finch is a singer-songwriter devoted to helping others encounter the Lord through heartfelt and prayerful music. From a young age, his love for music and creativity set the foundation for a calling that would merge artistry with ministry. With over a decade leading congregations in worship, John Finch has a gentle gift for creating an atmosphere of peace and reverence in worship— inviting others to rest in the presence of God.
“My work has become so much less about me…” Finch explains, “For so long, my identity was tied to my success and what I hoped to accomplish as an artist… I’ve experienced a lot of freedom by releasing myself from the pressure of comparison and the need for my life and career to look like someone else’s.” He adds, “My hope is that everything about my life would glorify the Lord and lead people to encounter Him.”
John leads worship at a wide range of national and international events while also serving faithfully in his local community. John lives in Mandeville, LA, with his family.
