Alive City is a pop-rock band from Detroit — fronted by brother-sister duo Zach and Maddy! We’ve been making music together since we were kids, and have built our own studio where we record and produce all our songs ourselves! Our goal is to craft a genre-blending, adrenaline-boosting, signature sound you can’t find anywhere else in Christian music! No limits, just Jesus!

We’ve been blessed to work on music projects for some of our favorite artists — including Crowder, for King and Country, Blessing Offer, We The Kingdom, and more — and have had the opportunity to license our work to some incredible companies like Ford Motor Company, Amazon, and Spotify Corporate advertising.

We are young (Zach is 24, and Maddy is 22), but life has already been a wild journey. We’ve dealt with massive battles in our lives, from clinical OCD and depression, to online bullying and experiencing the downsides of social media, to accidents and heartbreaks. But we believe that our stories and struggles are very common to our generation, and we are confident that God was actually growing us through our pain, and preparing us for His greater purpose. Now, approaching the other side of these struggles, we just want to help point people to the hope that is found only in Jesus.
