Tom is a well known author, writer and conference speaker, focussed on the ministry of worship in the local church.  He is the Executive Director of Training Resources, having more than a dozen books to his credit that have been published in multiple languages around the world. He is a regular columnist for Worship Musician! Magazine and his writings have appeared in nationally-recognized periodicals including Growing Churches, Ministries Today, Christian Musician and Worship Leader.
