Vaughn Thompson, Jr. is a worship leader/singer/songwriter and currently serves with his wife, Irene Marin Thompson, as the Worship Pastors of Cathedral of Faith, a multi-cultural, multi-site, 10,000+ member church in San Jose, Calif. A graduate of Lee University with a Bachelor's Degree in Pastoral Ministry, Thompson, Jr. also holds a Masters Degree in Theology with an emphasis in Worship and the Arts from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena. Irene Marin Thompson is a graduate of LIFE Pacific with a Bachelor's in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in Youth Ministry, and being bilingual, leads worship in Spanish as well as English. Together, they have formed Third Culture Worship.

Just as Third Culture cannot be defined by any one culture, so it is with Third Culture Worship's music, creating a worship experience that many can identify with.
