Kyle Dillard graduate from Appalachian State University with a Sacred Music degree, emphasis in trumpet. Kyle is an accomplished musician and best know for his electric guitar playing, singing, and song writing. He has performed and recorded with numerous artists including performances with blues guitarist of the year Larry McCray and former lead singer of Double Trouble and Americana music award winner Mike Farris. Kyle met his wife Teresa shortly after graduating from ASU and they have two children Hannah, 11 and Hayden, 7 and live in Huntersville, NC.

Kyle entered full time church ministry as a songwriting worship leader for Elevate, the middle school ministry at Willow Creek Community Church in Chicago, IL. He also led worship for the weekend and mid-week services and wrote, performed, and recorded seven original songs on Willow's Creek's first

Middle School CD "Walk With You". As a highlight to his career at Willow Creek, Kyle was commissioned to write the prelude for Willow's 25th anniversary event attended by over 40,000 people.

Over the course of Kyle's career he has played guitar with Israel Houghton, Mike Farris, Larry McCray and led worship for speakers like Bill Hybels, John Ortberg, Don Miller, Nancy Ortberg, Lee Strobel, Reggie White, Dr. Joe Brown, Dr. Gary Chapman, Louie Giglio, and Max Helton (Founder of Motor Racing Outreach, a ministry for NASCAR).

He was also the worship and arts director for Lake Forest Church in Huntersville, NC for 10 years after leaving Willow Creek. Kyle came to Lake Forest in 2002 with a vision to create a unique and powerful worship experience through creativity, visual arts and originality, all culminating in his heart of living out the Scripture "Sing to the Lord a new song". He

expanded the arts team at Lake Forest from 15 people to well over 50. He has written and recorded 3 original CD's with Lake Forest including a Christmas CD and their most recent recording "Everything", all of which are available on itunes. Kyle is currently interim worship leading for several churches and doing church consulting on how to build effective arts teams.

Kyle's vision for worship extends beyond the boundaries of the church and have reached into local venues such as schools, convention centers, bars, restaurants, clubs, town celebrations, and as far away as Warsaw, Poland where he performed at 10 high security prisons as part of an outreach program. He also led worship in Krakow, Poland for Greater European's Mission Conference. From 2009-2012 Kyle led worship for Samaritan's Purse in Panama, Ecuador, Haiti, and Peru performing his original music. He has performed at Bob Cats Arena for the Charlotte Bob Cat's NBA game and recently appeared on television's Charlotte Today Show.

Kyle's passion for sharing his vision and encouraging other worship leaders and church bands has led to numerous teaching and speaking engagements which include: two breakout sessions for Willow Creek's 2009 arts conference in Chicago,IL; Worship leading at Willow Creek's 2010 arts conference satellite venue in Miami, FL; a monthly Charlotte area worship leader's meeting attended by 10-20 area worship leaders which Kyle started in 2008; and occasional youth camps, weekend church services, concerts and retreats. Kyle is currently leading worship on an interim basis at Centerpoint Church in Concord, New Hampshire.
