Your initial purchase at PraiseCharts allows you to make up to five (5) copies of any chart or track.  Beyond that, you may need to purchase additional permission to copy, particularly if your copy activity is not covered by CCLI.  The most common need for permission to copy is the use of vocal charts for worship choirs, and audio tracks for rehearsal purposes.  Keep in mind that in all cases, we are only authorized to sell permission to make copies for charts and tracks that were originally purchased at PraiseCharts.

If you require permission to copy numerous songs on a regular basis, you may find monthly reporting to be more convenient.  Remember that you are only granted permission to copy music if you are conscientious about making regular payments.  Essentially, this is a self-regulated responsibility.

To apply for monthly permission to copy reporting, please fill in the application form below.  You will then receive instructions on how to download a monthly report, which you can use to log your copy activity.  Then, you can submit your report every month online or by fax.  Based on the totals in the report, we will invoice you so that payment can be made.
