How PraiseCharts Live Works

1. Log-in:
For Authorized Contributors and Editors Only

  • Use your created user and pass codes to log-on.
  • Type your Article/Blog and Submit.

2. Brief Article/Blog Creation Steps:
Standard Procedures for All PCLive Material.

  • Articles/Blogs are screened on: biblical alignment/accuracy, content relevancy and formatting.
  • Use the default settings when creating your articles/blogs: font, size, margins and etc. (Use size 1 with the default font character provided on every document).
  • In working with Word or another Word Processor: copy/past your document inside the PC Live document creator. Highlight all text and hit the “Clear Code” (lighting bolt page icon) and your text goes to default and is ready to go!
  • Rule of Thumb: view other posted articles by Branon Dempsey or Dennis Jernigan to serve as a model for formatting, html and default designs. Every article, blog and media material needs to look and feel the same for user-friendly operation and consistency.
  • Layout: keep all paragraphs and other separated items at 1 line apart.
  • Upload PDF’s, jpegs, photos or other files by using the “attach file” selection and follow instructions.
  • Select the appropriate category to correspond to your writing/material (i.e. articles that fall under: Worship Leading, Music Reviews, Personal Development and etc.)
  • To Submit your material for Approval: Select the Submit or Save and Exit button.

3. Submission Screening Process:

You will receive a confirmation email for Editor review and your material will be screened for PCLive. You will receive an “Approval” or “Disapproval” email.

  •  "Approved" will automatically post.
  • “Disapproved,” will be returned to you for readjustments and re-submission. After making the necessary changes your article will post.

4. Comments:
As in most standard blogoshperes, myspaces and facebooks, you can screen, approve and disapprove comments to your posts. Site Administrators will be screening comments as well to help maintain our standards for content. This feature will be the other vein of communication in ministering on PraiseCharts Live.

5. Standards:
Because you are representing yourself on behalf of PraiseCharts to our customers and to you sphere of influences, we expect a high level of integrity, professionalism and Christ mindedness. PraiseCharts Live is to edify and equip the Body of Christ; it is not a platform to disseminate negative opinions or questionable language or content that will be considered offensive or borderline.
