Anyone who needs to be cued into to up-to-the-minute service changes can log-in and see what is being done, in some cases even listen to the song (depending on what you have uploaded to the site) and print service orders. This frees up the worship minister from handing out a service order to everyone who asks and allows a lot more communication to happen between planning teams, technical teams, serving teams, artists and pastors. There is a free version for small churches as well as nicely scaled pay version to fit churches on different levels of the growth scale. Planning Center Online makes the communioncation suggestions you have made here seemless in a ministry workfow.
