There’s no question that the role of the worship leader has been
exaggerated in recent decades, as well as it's title. Most people identify a role or position by its name; the term worship leader, seems to be the buzz word around most local churches. One comment suggests: “For many young people choosing a
church, worship leaders have become a more important factor than
preachers." In the Church, what are the serious concerns and differences that we as worship leaders need to understand in our actual title and role?
