This song was born out of a theme that had been brewing for a few years. Inspired by mission experience with YWAM and  further biblical studies, Jess especially had come to a point where the churches mandate to care and advocate for the poor and the needy had become undeniable. Compelled to do something, yet also not really knowing what, we did one of the only things we know how to do - Write a song. We still cannot play this song without the question 'Who will Stand?' confronting the very core of who we are and how we live. We hope it continues to do that in our own lives and the lives of others. - Jess and Daniel
