The ZS Band
Selected by Billboard Magazine and Taxi as one of the “Top 15 Acts From the Midwest” as part of the Discmakers 2006 Independent Music World Series, Zach and Sarah have been performing and leading worship at events and conferences around the United States for more than ten years. They currently oversee the worship and student ministries at River of Life in Cedar Rapids, IA under the covering of best-selling author and international speaker Francis Frangipane. With an exceptional band and a passionate, relevant pop sound, their music reflects a desperate longing for more of Jesus mixed with a genuine freedom rooted in God's love. Stylistically, their sound is strongly influenced by Delirious and the Brit-pop worship movement, with a sound evoking comparisons to Darrell Evans and Coldplay.

Nice! The arrangement/orchestration is beautiful. This song of dedication is a nice addition thematically, too. Curious about what the congregation does during the falsetto stuff in the bridge? I kinda wish the 2nd verse stuck with the theme of the rest of the song, too. Still, I like this a lot--I've listened to it about 5 times already! And even though I think the arr adds a lot, I could see this working with my youth group where I only use acoustic guitar.

It's great to see such positive feedback! I'm part of the congregation and worship team with Zach & Sarah - and we sing this song regularly during our worship services. In response to what the congregation sings during the bridge - if I'm singing melody, I sing the high notes an octave down and it still sounds fine. I think some people sing the entire bridge an octave down - but it works and everyone loves it!! :)

Strong song for congregational worship. One of those flexible songs that works with a small group of 5 people or a megachurch, for a discrete song or extended worship/prayer.

Great song of commitment; easy to learn and sing; honest, not "churchy" lyrics.

While a simple song is so easy to over produce, you have kept its beauty of simplicity simple enough to reflect this songs truth. Great hook line too. Excellent mix and mastering.
