Victoria Keen
Victoria is the Editor of PraiseCharts Live and has been a member of the PraiseCharts team since early 2007. She has a passion for music and ministry, and loves to help others in any way she can. She is a member of Eagle Mountain International Church and resides in the Ft. Worth area with her husband and two children.
My name is Victoria Keen and I am the new Song Quest Director. I'm very excited about Song Quest; I have been behind the scenes working on the project since its inception and it is a serious passion of mine. I love music and I also love having the opportunity to assist and play a part in facilitating. I've been a part of the PraiseCharts team for over a year now, and I've been with PC Live since the beginning! The desire to praise and worship God through music is in my blood; it is like oxygen to me. I know most of you can relate.
Song Quest has been very successful and is a big hit here at PraiseCharts Live. The submissions we have already received and approved for Song Quest have set the bar high. Toby Baxley, Kevin Pledger, Christopher Wright, Brooke Ross and others have submitted songs that have knocked the PC Live audience right out of their seats and into a spirit of corporate worship, though we are united through our hard drives and speakers, not the four walls of a church. We are looking for high quality, original works that can be sung by worshippers around the world. The audio quality should be top notch, and all submissions need to be in MP3 format. Each submission needs to be sent in separately, with a short description of the song, the lyrics and maybe even the story behind it. We receive a lot of submissions, and only a handful get chosen, but each one gets attention and an internal review from our team. Please do not submit anything that you have not written yourself. Submissions can be sent to songquest@praisecharts.com.
