One of the traditions in our church is our annual Daddy Daughter dance, largely inspired by the heart of our pastor, John Burns, whose life message is all about the seeing families and marriages flourish. Check out his books here, including the award winning, Miracle In A Daddy's Hug. My favorite moment of last year had to be the slow dance with my little girl, Lydia. Her eyes filled with tears in my embrace as we swayed to the melody of Steven Curtis Chapman's Cinderella. Clearly, this is a stand out song for many in Steven's latest album. Perhaps not a typical "worship song," but most definitely a song about the "worship life". There is no surprise this song has crept into our Top 25 list, and with Father's Day coming soon, it is sure to rise. If you have any "worship life" stories about this song, we'd love to hear your feedback. If you are looking for the charts, we have them ready to download, print and play at PraiseCharts.

This song is beautiful, and always reminds me to give my children an extra squeeze or a minute I feel I don't have. All the things I feel so busy with now that aren't really necessary all seem so insignificant compared to all the moments I could have with them while they are still young. God is so good to give us such blessings as our children! Steven's music has always ministered to me, and has been a huge part of our family since the beginning (his song "I Will Be Here" was our wedding song), and will continue to be. God has used him mightily!

Our prayers go out to you & your family. Our son went on to the Lord 1-1/2 years ago & left a wife & 2 young daughters. Even though they're gone from our site, they rest in the love of the Lord.

As I listened to this song, I could feel your pain of losing your daughter. But know the joy that you must feel that you will soon see her again. Our hearts go out to you and God Bless you all during this time.

Your song was meant to help heal yourself and others. My family will pray for yours. I know your pain, and I can tell you by experience it will get better. God will use it for a deeper understanding and for future devine appointments, but for now - be good to yourself and others. This is a crucial time to not let Satan win. Your music is truly inspired, bless you.
