Worship can be a legalistic activity that consists in
outward acts seen at certain times and places. Actually one could argue that
unless worship is done “in the Spirit of God”, it is not real
worship at all.

When you think about it, excellence just boils down to one
thing...attention to detail. When you are doing everything you can do
to make sure every aspect of your ministry is able to be well received,
it really means that you just took the time and effort to work out the
little bugs. In most ministries (not all) the big bugs are pretty much
non-existent. But it's when we tackle the seemingly "insignificant"
things that people take notice.

hear the words of Christ as he explains how he must suffer. Little did
they know, He was the Passover Lamb. It's obvious that His followers did not understand the full
ramification of what was spoken. They too, were going to suffer. A time of morning and new life was about
to dawn.

Gotta love this - PCLive Contributors take another stab at a very familiar topic. Worship Leaders constantly have to stay “on” as they are always investing into people, schedules and their families. When all is said and done, where is the staff member: spent, tired, burned out? Some leaders are at this stage, others may be nearly approaching. How do you stay grounded as a worship leader to prevent the abyss of burnout?
