 Until now, if you wanted to custom order an orchestration that was not in our catalog, you would have to pay $600 or more for a single arrangement. Chances are, there are many times that you really need an song that is not in our catalog, and you don't want to just wait for it to "hopefully" show up on the list. The problem is, you don't have the time or skill to do it yourself, and $600 per song will break the budget! Now, we have a solution for you!
We Have A Solution
Just like you can't afford to custom order every song you want, PraiseCharts can't afford to custom arrange every song that our customers request. We survey our top customers every two months with a long list of new songs. The results of those surveys play a major role in determining our arranging priorities for the future, and we work our way down the list from the top. Using the data from those surveys, we have compiled a list of custom order arrangements that are discounted according to their request popularity.
In other words, you don't have to pay the full custom order price. We can share that cost with you, because we know that a certain number of other customers will purchase that arrangement at the regular price, once it is made available in our catalog. You pay the discounted custom order price to get it done on your schedule, and other customers get the benefit of having that song added to the general catalog. They will benefit from you, just like you will benefit from them. This is a win-win relationship with PraiseCharts so that we can expand the catalog according to your priorities.
If we don't have any custom orders requests coming in, we'll working down the priority list according to our budgeted pace. There will always be a steady flow of new songs coming out, but we can increase that pace according to your priorities if you are willing to share in some of the production costs.
How To Make A Custom Order?
Below is a list of songs that qualify for a custom order discount. Depending on your needs, you can order the Vocals (lead sheet only), Piano/Vocals (PVG), Basic Orchestration (less advanced Praise Band Series format) or Full Orchestration (more advanced Worship Band Series format). Once you have made your choice, send the details of your request to customorder@praisecharts.com, or call us toll free at 1-800-695-6293.
Be sure to indicate the Song Title, preferred Arrangement Type (Vocal, PVG, Basic or Full), and required time frame in which you need the arrangement completed. We will prepare an invoice that can be paid by credit card, Paypal, or check. Generally, we need about two weeks to complete the order, but we will consider special requests for rush orders

Keep in mind that the prices listed below reflect their cost as "custom orders." These are not songs that we currently have in our catalog. They will, however, become available in our catalog at the regular prices if someone does follow through on a custom order.
** Please note that when a custom order is complete, it will be made available in our catalog, at which time you can purchase it for the regular price, whether that is credits or cash. So, if you purchase a custom order for $350, you would pay $350 + 1.0 credits or $36.95. We have to do it this way in order to separate the custom order request from the sale of the song for royalty purposes.
