Can you help me with Adobe Acrobat Reader?

First, make sure you have the most recent version of Acrobat Reader, now called Adobe Reader. It is a  quick, easy and free download.  Then restart your computer. If you have the latest version of Adobe Reader and still have difficulties, please check the following:

If you have had Adobe open earlier in the day, it may not have closed properly. In that case, it may not open anything until you reboot your computer. Furthermore, if you have multiple other programs working at the same time, Adobe may not be able to open a song. If you already have the latest version of Adobe Reader and the other suggestions don't work, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the program in order to get it working properly. This will solve the problem in 99.99% of the cases where a user has difficulty downloading a song. Also, be sure that you have uninstalled any older versions of Adobe. You also need to enable your computer to accept cookies in order to be able to access the sheet music files from PraiseCharts. To do this go to your 'start menu', then 'settings', then 'control panel'. Choose 'internet settings,' and then 'privacy.' You may need to move the slide lower to allow cookies. If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser, you may need to download FireFox (free at www.mozilla.com) and try downloading the music through that browser instead.

If you are using a Mac, your default program will be PreView.  You may need to drag the file to your desktop and then open Adobe Reader and open the file through Adobe.
